Cancellation Policy

At Optioneer LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while also ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services to all our clients.

  1. Cancellation by Client:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full service fee.
  1. Cancellation by Optioneer LLC:
  • In the rare event that Optioneer LLC needs to cancel a scheduled service, clients will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided, or the service will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience.
  1. Rescheduling:
  • Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any penalties.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be treated as cancellations and the applicable fees will apply.
  1. Refunds:
  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
